Sunni and Dibujario |
This is one of those times when one is lucky enough to unleash the imagination and what is produced, is met. Let me explain.Last week I had the opportunity to go to Bilbao to attend a workshop on gambling in the workplace, or what Sunni Brown, Dave Gray and James Macanufo have called "Gamestorming". I know the work of Sunni since I started this dibujario. I have noticed that she was in Europe. One day in my twitter TL I read that the people of Eutokia in Bilbao and Eleder Aurtenetxe invite her to come and give a workshop. Without thinking and with some support of my boss, I get a chance to go there, something difficult becouse I live in Madrid. I ended up in Bilbao.
Meet Sunni with her book in my hand, was very special. It is not known every day to people you admire professionally across the ocean.
The workshop was a joy that I learned things like the mix of playful and professional. I learned to put in order to share many ideas about creativity and its mechanisms. We need to teach the game as a dynamic process plunger, its phases and objectives. He taught us to recognize the need to formulate strategies. A gain of each meeting. Drawing is the working tool in the hands of everyone and no excuse: we can all understand what it takes to draw from the visual. But mostly we teach a new profession ... that of "facilitator" I recommend reading the book "gamestorming" anyone who wants to change the working environment in which to move to another type of action in the professional and personal development. And also to know the "Doodle Revolution" and the army of scribblers that we are enlisted ...
I drew a panel with some ideas but they fall short summary because they are just a few notes on these two days marathoners.I can not leave a story in the ink these days, the afternoon of day two, as we finished the workshop, was published the video of his presentation at TED. The video you can see it here worthwhile.A sort of a luxury experience and Sunni meet and share with the people ofBilbao and Barcelona.
